Ona Yoho Wood, 87, of Jacksonburg, died Wednesday, March 26, 1997, at home. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Jacksonburg, She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard P. Wood; a son, Verl; her parents, John and Ida Belle Moore Yoho. Surviving are two sons, Drexell of New Martinsville and David of Wileyville; three daughters, Ruhama Cannon of North Huntington, Pa., Cornelia Henderson of Littleton and Billie White of Ravenna, Ohio; three brothers, Pat Patterson Yoho of McDonald, Pa., James Yoho of Dover, Ohio, and Virgil Yoho of Wileyville; a sister, Oda Cross of Wichita Falls, Texas; 27 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Friends were received at Iams. Funeral Home, New Martinsville, where services were held at 1 p.m. Friday. Interment in Jolliffee Cemetery, Silver Hill, W. Va.
