Mary E. Frey Welling. 81. of Washington Avenue. Moundsville, died Tuesday. November 9,1999 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale. She was a Protestant. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward; her parents, Fred and Cora Belle Elliott Frey; two brothers; four sisters,
Surviving are three sons, Charles J, of New Martinsville, Robert E., of Moundsville and David L., of Wheeling; four daughters, Della Jean Deskins, Mary Richards and Beth Matheny, all of Moundsville, and Vickie Welling Arp of Old Fort, Tenn,; a brother, Joseph Frey of Moundsville; a sister, Hazel Druschel of Wheeling; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. Friends were received 2-4 and 7, 9 p,m. Wednesday, November 10, at Grisell Funeral Home, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, where services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Interment followed in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard.
