Word of God with Translation Problems

As stated in the eighth article of faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly.

My wife and I enjoy reading the King James Version of the bible and comparing it to the Reina/Valera (revised 1960) Spanish version. Sometimes we find the English to be clearer and sometimes the Spanish. In general I think the question of version is an important one because not all translators come to their job from an unbiased position, in my opinion.
