ENDTICK.LSP inserts and aligns the ENDTICK.DWG block at the endpoint of every arc or line in a selection set. It removes duplicate ticks.
ENDTICK is useful for surveying and civil engineering plans to demarcate points of curvature, tangency, et cetera.
The default END-TICK block is a one unit long vertical line with its insertion point at its midpoint. ENDTICK scales ticks to the dimension text height (dimscale * dimtxt), so the default tick will look as big as the current dimension text height. You can make your own ENDTICK block if you prefer some custom shape or size tick.
Download ENDTICK.LSP (save it to your computer) by following the link on this page. Also download ENDTICK.DWG (save it to your computer) by following the link on this page or make your own ENDTICK block.
At minimum, all ENDTICK.LSP needs to work is the ENDTICK block and a line or an arc. Simply load and run ENDTICK.LSP by dragging it from Windows Explorer into your drawing, typing ENDTICK, and following the prompts. That's all there is to it.
ENDTICK.LSP neither creates additional files nor writes to the Windows registry.
