OVERVIEW

• Labels curves, lines, and points globally.
• Combines duplicate entries.
• Allows multi-column tables.

GeoTables.lsp is a Free Software substitute for the AutoCAD Land Desktop method of getting geometric data and creating civil engineering horizontal control curve, line, and point tables. GeoTables.lsp is both simple and automatic. It uses regular attributed blocks and open source AutoLISP.

LIMITATIONS:

• World UCS only. No UCS translations are done at this time. Curves labels must be added with world UCS current.
• Xrefs. You can't select objects within xrefs at this time, but you can copy object labels from one drawing to another and use the 'Table from selected objects' option to make a table in a plan sheet.

CUSTOMIZATION:

• Use refedit or your own methods to edit the two blocks that are used. If you make the table blocks shorter or narrower, you need to tell GeoTables. Modify the lines near the top of GEOTABLES.LSP that say (CRVS-SETVAR "Arc.TableWidth") (CRVS-SETVAR "Line.TableWidth") (CRVS-SETVAR "Point.TableWidth") (CRVS-SETVAR "General.TableRowSpacing").
• You can remove any attributes from the table and header blocks, but don't remove any from the GEOTABLESNO block. The order of the attributes in the blocks is flexible.
• You can change layer properties by searching GEOTABLES.LSP for the word "Layer".
